TIMELINE FOR ESTABLISHING A CLEMENTE COURSE

The timeline below reflects an ideal situation.
January: Develop community support; begin fundraising.
March: Select host organization and course director.
April- May: Select faculty.
July: Develop community network for student referrals.
August - September: Recruit students; conduct student interviews and faculty orientation.
October - November: Conduct student orientation. Begin course.
January: Begin fundraising for continuing the program in the following academic year.
May - June: Hold graduation ceremony.
July – September: Begin recruitment process for the next year's program.
